Support our School
Thank you for your interest in supporting the wonderful students and outstanding teachers and staff at the San Diego High School. Your contributions, at any level, are truly welcome and will make a difference.
If you are in the position to make a significant donation, please consider funding a scholarship to allow a talented SDHS student to attend college. Several scholarships are managed by the San Diego High School Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, which also provides key support for school programs such as the culinary program and the athletics program. Please donate here (paypal) to contribute to the SDHS Foundation (any amount helps!), and let us know if you are interested in supporting a scholarship or would like to learn more about legacy and planned giving. Thank you.
The San Diego High School is an award-winning International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. While the IB Diploma Program is one of the best college-prep curriculums in the world, it is expensive and not fully funded by the San Diego Unified School District. Additional support is needed to cover the costs of IB teacher training, IB testing fees, IB textbooks, and supplies as the district does not provide funding for these essential items. Your donation to the SDHS Parent Connect Foundation (paypal), a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, will allow SDHS to continue to provide IB classes to our most talented students from all walks of life. Learn more about SDHS Parent Connect at our website. Thank you.
PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. At a local level our San Diego High School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) provides volunteer opportunities and supports our school in numerous ways including student club and mini classroom grants. Visit the PTSA website to learn more, and make a direct donation to this 501(c)3 non-profit and membership organization here (paypal). Thank you.
San Diego High School has a wide range of clubs and teams where students find friends explore their interests and make a difference in the world. The Caver Spirit is maintained with school-wide activities such as homecoming, the world fair, and our senior events. If you would like to contribute to the joy and spirit of our school and help to create memorable high school experiences, please donate to our Associated Student Body (ASB). Learn more about our activities at our website. Thank you.
The Caver Closet provides clothing and supplies for Cavers in need. To support our efforts, you can donate items directly to Caver Closet (room 909). Please make sure used clothes and shoes are clean and in good condition. We also accept donations of new, unopened packages of socks, undergarments, and hygiene supplies. Our most immediate needs are highlighted at our website. Thank you so much!
